Harry was fantastic to work with! Harry was the first to reach out to us on a question I had on a listing, and from there I knew Harry was going to be a great realtor for us. He was very understanding of what our needs and wants were when it came to a house and set the search on the website up so we ended up seeing many houses that fit the perameters, and many we ended up liking. Harry gave us a recommendation for a lender too, who we ended up going with and getting a pretty good rate despite the market. He was a professional at negotiating for us, and gave us tips on how to make our offers look better (without compromising). Harry was charismatic and we always enjoyed when we would see him for a viewing. He never balked at us for trying to view three houses a week on top of open houses all weekend for months. The folks he had who showed us other houses were always really nice too. We ended up with the perfect house at a fair price and couldn’t ask for more. He made the process as simple as possible for us. We want to stay in this house a long time, but we hope we can work with Harry again in the future!
